Women’s Specific Programs

Join Us

Join us on our women’s specific programming designed to empower, relax and stimulate the mind. From multiple day retreats to a quick day trip, our skilled staff make sure that the women that participate have a rich and rewarding experience. During the women’s programming, we provide meaningful experiences that may include kayaking, meditation, massages, a craft activity, time for reflections, a lively campfire with games and much more. All of this will be focused around learning, peace of mind, and female medicine.






Women's Overnight Experience

For several consecutive years, we have offered a women’s specific gathering at the beautiful Point Beach State Park. In our rented cabin bungalow, we teach about making healthy meal choices, the importance of an active lifestyle and most of all the joy of laughter! We create opportunities to develop a strong camaraderie and bond within the group that sometimes lasts a lifetime!

This year at Point Beach State Park, our program included making natural leaf dishes, hiking along Lake Superior, and a lively campfire with some fine snacks and fun games to accompany it!

Women's Paddle

Using the power of women, our female facilitators will take you into deep reflection on one of our local bodies of water. We love to meet early in the morning, do a yoga session by the water and watch the sunrise from our boats in a serene setting. Using a mindfulness approach, we navigate while we meditate. Each paddle stroke is purposeful, meaningful and important, just like the women that choose to join us!
