PROVIDER BIO:
I’ve enjoyed the roles I’ve filled throughout my counseling career in Wisconsin. With training and background beginning in care management at an inpatient behavioral health unit in Neenah, to facilitating groups for an adult mental health day-treatment program in the Fox Cities, and individual outpatient services in Oshkosh and Neenah, I feel I’m ready to meet you where you are at today on your mental health journey. As a therapist at OBH, my goal is to help you navigate and find your healing path to better mental health and awareness. This path looks different for each person, so I will always encourage we work together on this.

In my free time, you’ll find me with my family and one furry friend. We love spending time at local flea and farmers markets, exploring forgotten landmarks, and being outdoors. I especially love being in or near the water: boating, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, exploring rivers, and viewing Wisconsin waterfalls in spring and fall.
